“Berrylicious” Smoothie Bowl - A Summer Dream
It's getting warmer outside. The days get sunnier and sunnier and the temperature sare slowly rising. With the different weather, my appetite usually changes as well. Instead of warm, hearty food, my body craves something “lighter” and “fresher”. I discovered smoothie bowls a few years ago and have been trying them out ever since.
There are endless combinations. One of my favourites is a classic mix of banana and berries with a touch of açai powder. Basically, you can use any fruit to make adelicious smoothie bowl. For the ice-like consistency, at least one of the components should be frozen. In my case, this is usually berries, as you can buy these in the supermarket.
Also, feel free to play around with the topics. I'm just going to give you an idea below of one of my favourite combination but as you can see in the images, they vary.
This smoothie bowl is a summery muesli variant that is a must on my breakfast table when the temperatures are warm.
